The society with all available resources and thus facing all obstacles, the lamb society added tour more feathers to the cap of “upper room ministry” in the hamlets of Bhadrachalam area Viz: Nellipaka Banjara, Sri RamNagar colony, Sarapaka & Bhadrachalam. The Gospel of Evangelism is taught with enthusiasm by all means where most of the tribes attracted to the hearings and accept Christ as their savior. Having Baptized in the name of Jesus Christ, they are most regular in attending Churches and Voluntarily taking part actively in all activities being hosted in Churches.
Keeping in view of the activities and enthusiasm among the ministry, five churches in Orrisa state are working under the umbrella of Lamb Society and the society is planning to operate the evangelism in Chattisgarh. But the main draw back is lack of proper financial support. In order to organize the Ministry at initial stage are need enough support in every aspect.
The Lamb society is utilizing the service of youth for good cause. Thy were trained in many areas both in Physical & spiritual areas to serve as partners with individuals, and is ministries in strengthening the church to take the Gospel to the un reached. We focus on equipping youth, impart training and making them future leaders so that they dedicate themselves to work for a better society, for this we have conducted a three day seminar at Bhadrachalam under the influence of Lamb society in upper room ministry from 18 to 20th October 2007 in “Advanced leadership training” in collaboration with Haggai institute Hyderabad.
Many prominent preachers and motivators explained thoroughly above the leadership qualities and various topics were covered with the help of power print presentations and important note was also supplied to the participants. Guest faculties made deliberate lectures on various topics and explained how the advanced leadership is linked with Bible versus, at about the three day seminar in full length and witnessed the ministry that is being carried out by Huggai institute
